l 荧光半导体纳米晶能带工程
合金半导体纳米晶;
Type-II 核/壳结构纳米晶;
反转的Type-I 核/壳结构纳米晶。
l 各种功能性纳米晶的形貌控制合成
晶相控制合成四脚棒结构纳米晶;
一维纳米棒,纳米线材料的合成;
各种特异形貌纳米材料的制备。
l 荧光量子点在生物、医学标识中的应用
高效、稳定的生物荧光探针的建立;
用荧光探针对细胞内生物过程的检测和示踪。
